A dozen homeowners and many more lot owners rely on Blue Springs Way as the only access to their property. The road has become nearly impassable and over the years property owners have been bilked in various road repair schemes.
Developers and builders have damaged the existing road with heavy trucks and left repairs to homeowners. Rental cabin companies send a stream of tourists up the road and have failed to provide upkeep. They even fail to give proper directions so the tourists are lost on a terrible road without even a street sign or an accurate map.
Ambulance and fire vehicles may find the road impassible at times putting lives and property at risk, yet our civic leaders continue to neglect their duty to the taxpayers of Sevier County
Lynn Poarch the Sevierville postmaster has refused to deliver mail along the road because the county government has failed to make improvements.
It is time for action. The politicians must provide a passible road for taxpayers!
